Cancellation Policy
Because all orders are custom-made and require advance planning, the following policies are in place to ensure fairness and quality service for all customers.
Retainer Fee
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your order and date. Your order is not confirmed until this payment is received.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 or more days before pickup are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup are non-refundable, as supplies and time have already been allocated to your order. Upon request, we can arrange a credit towards a future order. Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup are not eligible for any refund.
Date Changes
If you need to change your pickup date, I will do my best to accommodate based on availability. Date changes requested within 7 days of the original pickup date may not be possible and could require a new order.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due the day of pickup.
No Shows Orders not picked up at the agreed time will be forfeited without refund. If you know you will be late, please communicate that to respect my time. If not communicated, a late pickup fee will be added.
Thank you for understanding that custom baked goods require significant preparation time and materials.
